Welcome to deLIGHTful Glass, a place for you to view my glass mosaic creations. My name is Pam Ruhlman and I use my love of bold colors, nature, God, family and sports to design and create mosaic glass panels.  I do this "glass on glass" technique in picture frames or on retired windows.  The colored glass is cut per my design, glued to the glass of the window and then grouted.  The finished piece can be hung in front of a window, can sit on a window sill or in a stand on a table in a sunny location.
